1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of ZHONGSHAN BELO ELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD ("Belo," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Business Relationship
Belo provides B2B manufacturing services including:
- Standard product supply (doorbells, battery chargers, LED lights, switches, sockets)
- OEM/ODM custom manufacturing services
- Private label manufacturing
3. Order and Payment Terms
3.1 Minimum Order Quantity: Standard minimum order is one 20GP container unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
3.3 Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in individual purchase orders and may include deposit requirements and balance payment terms.
3.4 Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rates, and order specifications.
4. Product Quality and Inspection
4.1 Quality Standards: All products are manufactured according to ISO-9001 standards and undergo 100% final inspection.
4.2 Certifications: Products carry relevant certifications (CE, CB, ROHS, REACH, EMC, ERP, PSE, NOM) as applicable to destination markets.
4.3 Inspection: Buyers may conduct pre-shipment inspection at our facility with advance notice.
4.4 Sample Approval: Bulk production commences only after written approval of samples by the buyer.
5. Warranty and Returns
5.1 Product Warranty: Standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of shipment for manufacturing defects.
5.2 Defect Claims: Claims for defective products must be reported within 30 days of receipt with supporting documentation.
5.3 Resolution: We will repair, replace, or provide compensation for confirmed defective products at our discretion.
5.4 Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All designs, molds, and technical documentation remain the property of Belo unless specifically transferred in writing.
6.2 Custom Designs: For OEM/ODM projects, intellectual property rights will be defined in separate agreements.
6.3 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Terms: Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be specified in individual purchase orders.
7.2 Lead Time: Production lead times vary by product and order quantity, typically 30-45 days after deposit and sample approval.
7.3 Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs, shipping carriers, or factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belo's total liability for any claim arising from our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products involved in the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
